Laredo Heat Youth Soccer Association

2008 Spring Season

The Laredo Heat Youth Soccer Association (LHYSA) will begin the 2008 Spring Season on Januray 21, 2008. The league is a member of South Texas Youth Soccer Association and is made up of 10 weeks of play. The cost of the season is $50.00 for U-7, U-8 & U-10 and $65.00 for U-12.

LHYSA is already taken registrations for Spring 2008. Same format as the 2007 Fall Season for U10 (Mondays), U8 (Tuesdays) and U7(Wednesdays) at St. Patrick church. U12 (Thursdays) at TAMIU. Space is limited for U12 & U10 teams. Confirm team participation ASAP to guarantee a spot because new teams are interested in joining the league. Some rules will change please check website for more information. Season starts on January 21, 2008.

U-7 (Wednesday's St. Patrick) 4 v 4 Small sided game. There will be a maximum of 12 teams

Players born 8/1/00 to 7/31/2002

U-8 (Tuesday's St. Patrick) 6 v 6 Small sided game. There will be a maximum of 12 teams

Players born 8/1/1999 to 7/31/2000

U-10 (Mondays at St. Patrick) 8 v 8 Small sided game. There will be a maximum of 6 teams

Players born 8/1/1997 to 7/31/1999

U-12 Competitive (Thursdays at TAMIU) 11 v 11 aside. There will be a maximum of 6 teams

Players born 8/1/1995 to 7/31/1996


Important Dates to consider:

12/03/07 Coaches can start registering teams and players

1/7/08 Registration Deadline for returning teams from the 2007 Fall Season (all information has to be submitted)

1/8/08 New teams/clubs can register

1/14/08 Last day to register a new club/team

1/21/08 2008 Spring LHYSA Season starts

(A late fee of $20.00 will applly)

2/15/07 Last day to register a player (cut off day)
